Coaching Agreement
Purpose of Agreement: This Coaching Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between
Disha Sharma and the “Client”, whereby Disha Sharma agrees to provide Coaching Services to the Client focusing on the topics and goals determined in their initial coaching session or as per the plan bought by the client.
By buying this service, the client agrees to the following:
1.) Investment
In exchange for the Coaching Services outlined in this agreement, the Client
agrees to pay Disha Sharma one of the following agreed upon fees :
1. One session $150 USD
2. 5 sessions $500 USD (100/per session)
3. 10 sessions $900 USD (90/session)
* As mutually agreed and mentioned in the invoice, Disha Sharma may provide additional discount on the above packages.
*The client understands that coaching will not be delivered until full payment has been received. Payment can be made by credit card. Invoice will be mailed afterwards.
2.) Coaching Services
Disha Sharma agrees to provide the client with the following Coaching Services
in exchange for the coaching fees outlined in this agreement.
*No of sessions as per the plan bought by the client.
1. One session
2. 5 sessions
3. 10 sessions
*Each session will be 60-90 minutes over Zoom
*Customized exercises and worksheets in accordance with coaching goals
and objectives.
*Both Parties agree that the above services will be delivered as follows:
The Client understands that direct messaging and email messages will be
answered by Disha Sharma within business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
PST). Disha Sharma is not obliged to answer any calls, messages or emails on weekends or on public holidays.
Further, the Client acknowledges that Disha Sharma’s responses may take up to 48 hours. In case 48 hours time limit fall on the weekend or on public holidays, the message will be answered on the next business day.
*All services will be completed within the agreed-upon period, determined at the start of the coaching relationship, unless otherwise discussed.
3.) Coach-Client Relationship.
*Both the Client and Disha Sharma understand that their coaching relationship
is a partnership, where each party must uphold certain obligations in order for
the relationship to be successful:
*Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and
suggestions, and to fully engage and devote himself/herself to the coaching
process.
*Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of his/her life, including work, finances, health and relationships, but it is ultimately the Client’s decision how he/she incorporates coaching into each aspect of business and/or life.
Responsibility:
*Disha Sharma will deliver Coaching Services to the best of her professional abilities, in order to support the Client to achieve his/her personal and professional goals. Client is solely responsible for implementing the discoveries and information obtained through coaching.
*Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for
professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals
and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.
4.)Confidentiality:
*This coaching relationship, as well as all information (physical or verbal) that
the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by
confidentiality and will not be disclosed to other parties.
*All personal information shared by the client is confidential and is treated with care.
*Client must not share any information shared in the sessions by Disha Sharma to other parties.
5.)Liabilities:
*Disha Sharma makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered.
*In no event shall Disha Sharma be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
*Client agrees that Disha Sharma is not liable or responsible for any actions or
inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the
Coach.
*This is the entire agreement of the Parties and reflects a complete understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter.
